A summary of our company operations is as follows:

Detailed mechanical, electrical and instrument/control design using the latest release of software’s
Procurement of quality components, diligently expedited to be received on time.
Fabrication and assembly of system components including fabrication of such components as mining furnaces, cyclones, silos, heat exchangers, crystallizers, pressure and non pressure vessels, skids and support structures, internal distributors, collectors, frontal and interconnecting pipe-work, skid assembly of piping, valves, tubing, and wiring of local and main control panels.
Quality control of each sub-component, including the inspection of buy-out components, dimensional checking, weld quality control, hydro-testing, stroking of automatic valves, dry-run of all the controls and instruments, inspection of shipping preparation and system P&I check are routinely performed on each and every project.
Preparation of operating manuals, field trouble shooting and commissioning, conducting water analysis,…etc. are performed by our competent field service personnel.
Furthermore, to meet our customers emergency requirements, we stock an extensive assortment of nozzles, fittings, raw materials…etc.
